MOT
We provide full MOT certification to test classes 4, 5 & 7 that is done by a third party until we have our facilities up and running. We aim to provide a quick turn around and will inform you every step of the way on your vehicles progress to give you peace of mind when your car is in our care.
We provide MOT services in line with government regulations as well as costing.
BRAKES & TYRES
A visual inspection of back and front brakes is offered free of charge. P J Autos will only charge if further detailed inspection is required, customers are provided a quote and information regarding the scope of work before being charged. This service can include:
Detailed brake inspection, information and guidance.
Brake replacement.
Brake cleaning and scaling.
Wheel Alignment £25+VAT
VEHICLE SERVICES
We offer services broken into 2 categories based on the vehicle, part price, availability and the work provided. Plus VAT add in whilst serviced if needing any extra work you will be informed with estimate
DIAGNOSTICS & SPECIALISED VEHICLE MODIFICATIONS
Electrical diagnostics start at £20+VAT. We use Launch diagnostic equipment at P J Autos to provide detailed and thorough electrical diagnostics to our customers. https://www.launchtech.co.uk
We can provide specialised vehicle adjustments such as:
Injector programming
LET programming
Service reset
ABS
Engine Management
Airbag fault ready
EXHAUSTS
Exhausts will often deteriorate over time due to salt and weather conditions. A visual inspection of the exhaust will be done to determine its condition and can be repaired by welding, partial replacement or a full replacement.
Exhausts are fitted for free and based on inspection a quote will be offered based on parts.
CLUTCH MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR
All clutch systems will be inspected and maintained or repaired depending on the extent of wear. This will usually involved :
Clutch cables/Pedal and systems
Clutch fluids and systems
A quote will be offered once an inspection has been done.
CAMBELTS
Cambelts should be inspected based on your car manufacturers handbook and should be inspected regularly based on the the extent of your vehicles mileage. The Cambelt will be visually inspected and a quote will be offered based on the extent of wear.
HORSE BOXES
horse boxes can be fitted at PJ Autos and will be charged based on the needs of the client. They will be fitted and tested for safety and security for your trailer goods and animal safety.
